Hey guys, we are all longing to get another blog - the last info that we have through from you all was on your visit to Elmina Castle and the TV interview. It was great to see the pics of the drumming entertainment and where you are staying. Hope you saw some turtles and are enjoying the sport - how are you doing? Have you been able to fit in a little sun sea and sand between the fixtures, coaching and sightseeing? Feebs we are missing you lots and without you have been eating far too much meat and not enough veg - duncs is in heaven. Hello Luke, Dad here. Lee Catermole out for 3 months not good but otherwise all well at the SOL. Hope you are staying fit enough to play in the games. Off to Wales tomorrow which will be a bit colder than Ghana!!
